A tripartite group made up of GuocoLand (Singapore), Hong Realty, and Intrepid Investments has purchased The Avenir. One of the biggest sales in the last decade is the gross selling of S$980 million. GuocoLand and Intrepid Investments each hold 40% stake and Hong Realty holds 20% stake. Hong Leong Investment Holdings (HLIH) owns major shares in Intrepid Investments and Hong Realty.
The development features about 290 apartments and 2 commercial units. The sale comes after 80% of the owners consented the en bloc sale.
